Very professional, engaging, friendly, with a wonderful sense of humor, and they just "get it" on all levels. She is very detailed oriented and is extremely diligent with follow up. Communication was superlative. She negotiated with the seller's agent with honesty, grace, diplomacy and always kept our interests first. As we were out of state buyers our visits were pretty packed timewise and her team was there whenever we needed them. She went above and beyond in being with me in the house to have the cable installed (it was a new construction home), and at the same time meet with window coverings consultants. Bottom line-if you are looking for a real estate agent in southern Oregon I highly recommend Catherine Rowe and team. Choosing her team will be a decision you will be happy you made.
