We went to look at the first house I was interested in, after going I realized it was not the one for me. She then had me explain in person a more detailed type of home I was looking for, she then came up with a few new ones that didn't quite have a yard on the property but we decided to go check them out the same day. Then I found the home a bought, contacted her and we went and looked, I loved it. We communicated back and forth to start the process, everything went smooth evening the closing, we gave the people extra days to move out and when they did they didn't clean it unfortunately because they were in a hurry. When I got the keys from Leslee we went and did a walk through and noticed it wasn't cleaned, she immediately contacted a cleaning company and had them come out with in a few days. It was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the house. We also noticed some curtain rods were missing that was previously in the home, she contacted the seller and the seller said they threw them away and they gave me a gift card in order for me to go purchase new ones. I was pleased with the outcome and service Leslee provided.
