Front to back, he was awesome! Very transparent, knowledgeable and communicative. I am NOT an email connected person, so he was nice enough to text me every time he sent one throughout the whole process, whether it required a signature or otherwise, which was very often and was also very appreciated. Met him in person for the first time shortly after closing to collect keys, garage door openers etc. and it was a big hug and 'thank you' moment! I would definitely recommend him to anyone...

From the beginning, Norma was kind and helped me through the beginning process of buying a home in the Pacific Northwest. She walked me through everything as I lived in Arizona to buy this home. She was thorough, honest and selective for me in the home that I needed. I recommend Norma Mace to anybody for a realtor. She will get you where you need and she found me my masterpiece of the northwest. I could never thank her more for what she has done!

Norma was on top of her game at all times. Not a question or concern went unanswered. If she did know the answer, she would say so, and tell us that she would get the answer and get back to us (which she always did). Norma would always stay in touch with the listing realtor until she got the answer to our questions.
