I am delighted to have the opportunity to wholeheartedly recommend our excellent realtor Aubre Cheshire. Aubre was very efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with from listing our house (including advising us on the best ways to present it) and on throughout the entire process, culminating in a seamless closing this month (January 2021). During the pending process in any home sale certain negotiations and communications may be required and Aubre guided us through that process with fairness and respect to all parties. We are very happy to recommend Aubre to family, friends and anyone buying or selling a house in central Oregon. Indeed, Aubre was very highly recommended to us by a friend who had bought her own house through Aubre. We are now beginning our search to buy a full time house in Bend and feel so fortunate to have Aubre once again as our realtor! Our review: A 5 star plus in all categories and in Olympic scoring: A perfect 10!! ??????
