The former owners left the house in quite a mess, and Jim went above and beyond by helping clean it up. He also connected us with reliable professionals to take care of some repairs that were needed. Jim was always very friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future.
