Jim made the entire process of finding our new home a positive and enjoyable experience.

Jim was an excellent agent! He truly went the extra mile for us throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions about the house, he would drive out to the property himself to get us the information we needed. The former owners left the house in quite a mess, and Jim went above and beyond by helping clean it up. He also connected us with reliable professionals to take care of some repairs that were needed. Jim was always very friendly, helpful, and professional. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great real estate agent, and we would definitely use him again if we decide to move in the future.

Excellent Realtor

Good experience

I was very impressed with Joel and Shelley. They went out of their way to assist in the home sale. Starting with the estate sale and lining up the cleaning contractor. Then working with the Title Company to make sure the sale was completed without difficulty

Quick and knowledgeable

I have had real estate agents in the past that were not very helpful or wouldn’t check the propertie

I have had real estate agents in the past that were not very helpful or wouldn’t check the properties I wanted check. Would always force on me what they thought was best. That is not Joelle. She is very helpful. Will answer questions anytime. Immediately gets information and walk throughs set up for the properties you want to see. Is very knowledgeable and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend her to anyone!
