The sale of my Mom's house was challenging on many levels. Her health dictated she leave her home suddenly, my brother, sister and I all live out of the area and the home's equity was quickly need to pay her assisted living expenses. My sister and her husband said "let us call Randy, he did a great job when we sold our home". That was a huge relief, knowing we had someone we knew we could trust as a professional and as a friend. Many obstacles came up along the way and because of Randy's extensive knowledge and experience, he was able to talk us "off the ledge" and keep things in perspective. I could write a short book here, but the bottom line is Randy went above and beyond what would be required from an agent and our family would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable agent. I have had real estate agents in the past that were not very helpful or wouldn’t check the properties I wanted check. Would always force on me what they thought was best. That is not Joelle. She is very helpful. Will answer questions anytime. Immediately gets information and walk throughs set up for the properties you want to see. Is very knowledgeable and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend her to anyone!
