Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lisa Ollivant is the most professional, knowledgeable, accurate, prompt, accommodating, and friendly real estate agent I have ever run across--and I have encountered numerous agents in my lifetime. She goes above and beyond what is requested of her and, if she doesn't have the answer to a question, takes the time to research and get the correct answer. She is very organized and follows through on everything to closing, and even continues to stay in touch after closing to ensure complete satisfaction, offering her help in any way possible. I can't express how thankful I am to Lisa for her assistance in the purchase of my home in Sutherlin!!! This purchase was a bit more complicated than most; I couldn't have done it without Lisa, as no other agent compares to her knowledge, skills, and capabilities. She is top notch!!!

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
