I was an out-of-state seller, selling a home that belonged to an estate I was representing. The team was able to support me enough that I didn't need to be there in person for the listing, showings, and closing process. They provided references for cleaners, handymen, HVAC repair, and other support I needed to get the house over the goal line and sold.
