We are really thankful we had Anna Cruz as our real estate agent! Selling our home could have been a stressful experience, but she made the whole process feel so much easier. Anna really knows the Bandon, Oregon market, and we were in very good hands from the beginning. She did a fantastic job creating our online listing and making our home look its best. Her advice on pricing the house was spot on and our home sold in less than 2 weeks! She was always friendly, patient, and quick to respond whenever we had a question or just needed some reassurance. What really stood out to us was how available and genuinely helpful Anna was throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were bothering her or asking too many questions. We couldn’t be happier with the job Anna did for us. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the Bandon area, we would absolutely recommend Anna Cruz. She’s knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly a pleasure to work with!

always came to house when agreed, responded promptly whenever we needed to discuss some particular, provided guidance on house presentation.

Anna was with us from the moment we reached out to the final day of getting house keys transferred. She made herself always available to answer questions/concerns and kept us abreast on updates about our whole process the entire time. She was quick to answer and if she didn't know, she knew who to go ask on our behalf. I would gladly work with Anna again.
