I originally went to an open house off of Beach Loop this year (2026) and fell in love with a house. It represented a new life for me and I wanted to make an offer. I was absolutely new to purchasing a home on my own. Beach Loop Realty was handling the sellers, so I was assigned Tracy Fihn, also with Beach Loop Realty, to represent me as a potential buyer. Right away I was impressed-- not only by her knowledge and professionalism--but my her kindness and patience. Tracy took me through the many steps of the buying process and, although I made the decision not pursue the first home I looked at, she assisted me in locating another residence that I am now moving into. Tracy made this transition way less stressful than it could have been. She's wonderful to work with.

Working with Tracy was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Every task was handled promptly, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail, which made buying our home so much less stressful. We always felt like we were a priority, and her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication really stood out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tracy Fihn for the second time, not only as a purchasing client but as my selling agent as well. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her professionalism and dedication. Her communication was always prompt and clear. Any assistance I needed throughout the process was always addressed in a timely manner. Tracy truly went above and beyond to ensure that the experience was nothing short of outstanding!
