Misty goes above & beyond what my experiences of working with real estate agents, ie, a dozen transactions in 30 years. I've never had a realtor be as supportive & focused on getting a house sold, not only did she clean out & stage my mother's home but she did this for my sisters in I from a different state (Colorado) than where mother's home was located. I cannot overstate what an asset she is. She gets all the details & the big picture as well & reassured my sisters & I she could sell my mother's home. Will be forever grateful. Misty has a strong sense of the market she works in, is a keen communicator & negotiator & very professional. We took her advice on how to price our mother's home vis a vis home comps and she assured us she'd sell the home by September. She brought us a cash buyer! She also served the buyer assisting her to find my m others home. It is indeed a beautiful home but living in Colorado & retired, my sisters & I could no longer maintain it or financially support it. Our mother's home was under contract 30 days from they day she put it on the market. Misty assisted with tasks I've never had assistance with in real estate before, made referrals for house cleaners & trips to the dump, even saved a box of valuables. She put fire under a local attorney to review our mother's trust & without this, the attorney would not have taken us as clients (to review our mother's trust). My sisters and I were very fortunate to cross her path, as I say, I've never had a realtor do so much for me in over 12 real estate transactions I've had these last 30 years. Forever grateful. First, Misty was great. She got my listing up on a time crunch after I had made an offer on a house. Her communication during the whole process was great, and when we closed and I couldn't find my house keys she got the locksmith there so the new owners would have a full set of keys waiting to or them.
