First, Misty was great. She got my listing up on a time crunch after I had made an offer on a house. Her communication during the whole process was great, and when we closed and I couldn't find my house keys she got the locksmith there so the new owners would have a full set of keys waiting to or them. When questions arise, she’s there to answer them, find creative solutions, find contractors to speed up the process, whatever is needed. She gave us solid advice and recommendations on what to do to help the sale of the home and she did a lot of “hand-holding” with us as it had been almost 20 years since we’d sold a house.
