Melanee and her team were the best! My father had passed away and I needed to sell his home in Coos Bay. I did not know where to start in the home selling process. I searched local agents through google and came across Melanee, she had great reviews so I decided to give her a call. When we met she was so professional and understanding. She was super informative of the entire process. I live out of state and she handled everything so smoothly, she kept in contact with me and I was able to call her with any questions and she was always available to speak with me. I definitely would recommend Melanee to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.Sincerely,R. Schmidt
