Ty made the sell of my home easy. Along with his partner Brenda Glott, they took care of everything. They answered my many questions, worked around my schedule for showings and kept me in the loop through the entire process. My home was listed on a Friday and an offer, for over asking, was accepted on Sunday! Doesn't get any better than that. I would highly recommend their services.

The work was done efficiently. I wanted a Friday appointment but that did not happen so I had to change my other tasks to accommodate this appointment.

They were always available, answered all questions, contacted seller/realtor when needed, contacted manager of mobile home park, contacted title company, made sure every question i asked was answered. both travelled to view the mobile home and even took video and covered everything live while a friend and I watched and asked questions. this whole sale was done with me in another state and Debbie and Mark represented me responsibly and with integrity.
