Leslie is amazing, she explains everything well about the buying and selling process. And gets the job done even when there are upsets along the way!

What can I say? Leslie is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever known. From day one, she was posting my property on numerous websites and holding open houses. She researched other properties to make sure the pricing of my property was optimum. She kept me informed every step of the process. She went above and beyond her nomal job to help me. She even helped me deal the the mortgage company and title company, too.

Leslie made home buying so much fun and found us the perfect home. She made the complexity of the process simple for us and for that we are tremendously grateful!

When my husband first told me that he found a realtor to help us find our first home, I was apprehensive. I am often slow to trust, especially regarding big decisions. However, when we first talked to Leslie over the phone, I immediately felt at ease because of her welcoming tone. And when we met her for the first time, I knew that she was the perfect realtor for us. When looking at houses, my husband and I didn't want a perfect home. We intentionally looked for a fixer upper that could use an upgrade - and because of this, we weren't looking for a picture-perfect, plastic surgery-loving realtor to find us a perfect home. Leslie is genuine and authentic (and she kind of reminded me of my mom, simply because of how warm and inviting her personality is). She was honest about her personal opinions, the house-buying process, and everything we needed to know. Leslie took the time to get to know us and what we liked, and she was the one who actually suggested we look at a house when I was unsure about it (and that's the house we ended up buying!). Leslie is so kind and cheery - she always had a positive attitude even when things didn't go as planned. Leslie helped us identify when to go for a deal or ask for seller credits, and when to dial back. She is an expert in her field, able to tell us about house concerns and loan concerns from the get-go, and even directing us towards other expert inspectors, contractors, and other house-renovating professionals that she knows and has worked with to aid us in the buying process and in renovations. We communicated past business hours sometimes to push an offer through quickly, and she was always available! Even after her job is done, she has continued to contact us and be a resource for all of our new homeowner questions. We will absolutely work with Leslie when we are ready to purchase our next home. If you are looking for a realtor who is cheery, authentic, and knowledgeable, choose Leslie. She is worth every single penny!!!

I recently worked w Leslie on finding and purchasing a new home for my parents. The entire experience was phenomenal. Leslie has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and is always there ready to ask the tough questions and figure things out! She brings her own personal history as an established real estate investor into the play as she knows what to look for and what to look out for during the discovery phase of buying a new home. Leslie was always attentive to my every need or question and beyond prompt with phone calls/emails/late or after hour questions etc. She worked tirelessly to show me homes, often on late notice and often after hours and on weekends. I never doubted that she had my best interests in mind and I felt 100% confident in her judgment and guidance. Even after closing of purchase, Leslie has contacted me re little issues such as reminders and advice on simple home repair/maintenance issues that came up on the inspection. She truly cares about protecting her clients and is interested in their security and comfort w their purchase above all else. Leslie is a true professional but also a very easy and fun person to be around. She can walk into a room and strike up a conversation or laugh in an instant. She has the natural charisma that draws people to her charm. I will definitely use Leslie again should I ever be in the market for a new home. Without a doubt I would recommend her to anyone interested in a new home purchase or investment.
