Her starting price of our home was spot on; we had multiple showings in just a couple of days and sold the home within a month of listing. She helped us work with the title company to get things signed quickly and efficiently even though we were out of the area at the time of sale. While we sometimes wanted more information than we had, none of it affected the sale of the home and can probably be chalked up to first-time seller nerves. I highly recommend Kathleen.
