Kathleen listened carefully to our needs as sellers and provided recommendations to meet those needs. She negotiated with a difficult broker to ensure fairness to both parties. Her starting price of our home was spot on; we had multiple showings in just a couple of days and sold the home within a month of listing. She helped us work with the title company to get things signed quickly and efficiently even though we were out of the area at the time of sale.
