Anytime I needed something done, Jonathan had a trusted contact for the job, and the prices were always fair. On top of that, he guided me through a loan assumption, which allowed the buyer to take over my low interest rate. That not only made my home more attractive, but also gave me leverage to sell for above asking price. I can’t recommend Jonathan highly enough.

When we bought our first house, Toree was a recommended agent in our area and we decided to take a chance and work with her, which I’m so happy we did! She was absolutely phenomenal during that process and we were over the moon with her worth ethic. Constantly working as a advocate for you through thick and thin.
