When we bought our first house, Toree was a recommended agent in our area and we decided to take a chance and work with her, which I’m so happy we did! She was absolutely phenomenal during that process and we were over the moon with her worth ethic. Constantly working as a advocate for you through thick and thin. When our house quickly became too small, and we needed something bigger. We contacted Toree again, she helped us get our house in tip top shape ready to sell. She gave us wonderful tips to help us get the most money out of our home. We quickly began looking for a home to move into.. we accepted an offer well over asking, after receiving 6 offers within 24 hours! We found a house that needed some “work” after the inspection, and failed negotiations with the buyers, we already had someone committed to buy our house at this point. We had to find something that worked for us, and FAST! With myself and my husband looking for a rather particular house, it was hard to find something that fit our needs. Toree jumped quick into action and we viewed multiple houses in a weekend. When we found a house we were absolutely in love with, we knew we had to have it. Toree was right in our corner, ready to bat for us. She helped us create an offer that outbid multiple other offers and secured the “hot home”. When it came to negotiations, Toree was very strategic and reasonable, she was focused on doing what’s best for us as her clients. She pulled out multiple strategies we had NO idea were even an option, and got us a great deal in both buying + selling. We hit a speedbump at literally every process along the way, Toree was right there to hold our hand through day and night to make sure we were happy with the process of selling + buying our house. It was certainly quite the process, but I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. We will DEFINITELY be using Toree in the future for our next move, and you should too!
