Greg and Kelly are hands down the BEST real estate team. We were not looking, nor planning to buy a house but in a matter of 6 weeks, we stumbled on an opportunity, got in to see the property, put in an offer, went through multiple rounds of negotiations, conducted due diligence, received bids, finalized on an offer and bought a house! It was an amazingly seamless experience, and I cannot recommend them enough! Greg & Kelly consistently went above in beyond, particularly when it came time to our negotiation strategy. They helped us understand and decipher the home inspection report and collect bids in an effort to put together a thorough and realistic counteroffer. Not only did that exercise make us feel more confident in our proposal but also prepared us to know exactly what kind of work or updates the property may need in the future, in the case that we bought it. They were both were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, and really went the extra mile in hearing our concerns, talking us through strategy and approach and really holding our hand every step of the way.
