Gigi Duncan is a Tiger! She represented us on a recent home purchase and it went so amazingly well that I would never dream of using anyone else if faced with that situation again. Gigi is extremely professional, responsive, accesible, wise, and knows the buying process so fluently that your never left wondering what to do next, she knows, and she will make sure you clearly understand every step of the process. She never once made us feel pressured, never told us what to do or think, she encouraged due diligence, she encouraged research, she made sure we understood our right to walk away if we weren’t 100% comfortable. She never once gave us the feeling that she wasn’t looking out for us and interested in our ultimate happiness, as cheesy as that sounds, when you are considering the most personal, and likely most expensive transaction of your lifetime there’s a lot of emotions at play and you have to be able to trust your agent. My wife and I are very grateful that we met Gigi, she really did a fantastic job for us and she would for anyone because she’s like that.
