For the sale, she came in and told us everything we needed to do before we listed it and why - replace carpets, stain deck, etc. - as well as things that I wanted to do but won't really get a return on investment. Her communication was great and always gave us great advice. I particularly liked the way that she negotiated with the other party. Kristin's a pro, would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
