En la venta de la propiedad, ya con mas conocimiento del mercado, pude valorar aun mas su seriedad, organizacion y compromiso con que todo se hiciera de forma correcta. Su punto fuerte es, sin duda, su profesionalismo y manejo del negocio inmobiliario. Si tuviera que mencionar un area de mejora, diria que a veces sus explicaciones pueden ser demasiado tecnicas para quienes no estan familiarizados con la terminologia de real estate, como le ocurrio a mi esposa. Es posible que, si simplifica un poco el lenguaje y resume los puntos clave cuando el cliente lo necesita, podra generar aun mas confianza en personas que se enfrentan por primera vez a una compra o venta. En resumen, considero que Jose es un agente confiable, con excelentes habilidades de negociacion y un alto sentido de responsabilidad, y lo recomendaria a otros compradores y vendedores que busquen a alguien serio y comprometido con sus clientes.

I contacted Angela solely based on her many positive internet reviews. I was on a strict deadline to get into my home before a short deadline, and I wanted a real pro. Angela did not disappoint. She quickly narrowed down the search to my specific parameters. We made an offer and negotiated a deal from my remote location, which was put together electronically (great for my convenience). She maintained excellent communication with my mortgage broker and put me in touch with great insurers, inspectors, and other services, ordering services for me when she could save me time and effort. Whenever I had a question about the process, she was very responsive and knew what was happening. It was the by far smoothest and one of the quickest non-cash transactions I've ever experienced.
