Then he’s present and going to bat for you at every inspection, negotiation, and signing giving you suggestions he would take if he was buying the house himself. He’s chill and personable and takes care of most of the unneeded stress in buying while ensuring you know what’s going on and why. I’d definitely recommend to a friend/family.
