Angela was extremely knowledgeable of the Orlando area and, after learning more about our daughter (work location, interests, etc), she provided us with many options to review. When we finally narrowed down our choices she reached out to the HOA to ask pertinent questions that helped our final decision making. She was very efficient with following up with the selling agent to ensure everything was being done properly. We could not be more happy with entire process from start to finish and Angela had a huge part in that as she is the consummate professional. Brian was a joy to work with and a true professional. We first met him at an open house when we were just starting to consider buying, and the connection and energy were immediate. He made us feel welcome right away, but it was also clear he knows the market and takes his job seriously. Brian was a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire process and a strong negotiator. He helped us get everything on our wish list while keeping us under the price we were targeting. He was extremely responsive and did a great job keeping the process moving smoothly with as few hiccups as possible during closing. He also went above and beyond for us.
