As first-time home sellers, the mere thought of selling our home was daunting. Once we decided to move forward, the process was quick and seamless. She arranged for a talented photographer to come take photos which were high quality and did a fantastic job of showcasing our home. She recommended doing an open house which garnered far more interest than we anticipated, which combined with the Zillow showcase listing got us multiple offers on our home in record time. After signing an agreement Karen continued to be there with us, guiding us through the inspection process and preparing us for what our closing experience would be like. The entire process from deciding to list our home through closing could not have been more seamless and it was all because of Karen. Throughout our home selling process, we told Karen multiple times that we were experiencing the Karen Ledet difference. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the area, and expertise in real estate are unmatched. If you have any real estate needs, I would stop your search with Karen.
