She started with the prep for putting it on the market --showing us how to see the house through the eyes of the prospective buyer. We thought this was wonderful. She offered more and more support through every step of the process -- even after closing to ensure all was in order! I highly recommend her for anyone who is selling their home or buying a home. She understands every aspect -- and she guides you with so much ease. Through the years, I have worked with 3 other realtors. At the time, I thought they did a decent to a good job. After working with Regan, I recognize they were mediocre at best.
