Mary Cain was a breath of fresh air, when it comes to my past experience with realtors! Before listing my home Mary Cain provided me with comparison pricing and helped me determine a sale price for listing my house. Shortly after listing my home, I left on vacation. After one week on vacation she was calling me with an offer! We Countered that offer and settled on a price that same day. Mary kept me informed every step of the process and she prepared all paperwork. The sale of my home was fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend Mary Cain to all my friends for future home sales!

Sheila is an excellent example of a realtor that works extremely hard for her client. She is very knowledgeable of the real-estate market and works to help her client understand the market and the selling process. I would highly recommend Sheila for all real-estate needs. I would definitely use Shelia again if I have real-estate needs.
