Mary Cain was a breath of fresh air, when it comes to my past experience with realtors! Before listing my home Mary Cain provided me with comparison pricing and helped me determine a sale price for listing my house. Shortly after listing my home, I left on vacation. After one week on vacation she was calling me with an offer! We Countered that offer and settled on a price that same day. Mary kept me informed every step of the process and she prepared all paperwork. The sale of my home was fast and efficient. I had always been reluctant to move. When the opportunity came Mary was exceptionally helpful because of my blindness. She make sure that I understood all the paperwork and how to sign the documents using the doc loop. If I had any problems she was there. She found a house for me that had a lot of convenient walking to stores and in an area of town that I could get to where I wanted to go a lot easier. When I didn’t have a ride to see a house she came got me and was always extremely nice!

My husband and I relocated to Broken Arrow OK and Mary was recommended by my sister-in-law to help us find a new home. The sell of our house turned out to be very difficult due to the closing delay of the house of the people that were buying our house. We did end up losing the first house we had a contract on because of the closing delay. Mary did everything in her power to try and resolve this issue. She made phone after phone call and wrote numerous emails to agents, brokers and lenders to keep everyone informed. Through it all, she remained professional and positive. We are thankful that we had her to guide us through all this.
