Liz Thiemann has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. From the time she showed the property my wife and I immediately had great rapport with her. She kept us up to date on things that were happening and she never hesitated to respond to any questions that we had through inspections, negotiating offers, through the appraisal process and even at closing. She's been a blessing to have as a realtor and my wife and I are forever grateful. I believe things happen for a reason and I'm so thankful that Liz and the team crossed paths with us, and now we get to experience our new home! Her experience came through and showed itself throughout this process. We cannot say enough about Liz and everyone involved. Thank you.

From the beginning Liz was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She always took time to answer our questions, explain every step to the process, and provided honest, thoughtful guidance. Her expertise and attention to detail gave us confidence in every decision we made. We never felt like “just a client.” Thanks to Liz, this journey was incredibly exciting and enjoyable. We are so grateful for everything she did to help us purchase our beautiful home!

Liz Thieman of the Pritchett Team is quite simply the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Knowledgable, great communication, and we felt completely protected in our end of the transaction. She went the extra mile through inspections and repairs, knows the market trends, and gives 110% throughout the process. If you are looking for a great real estate professional, this is the one to use.
