Patti Sparlin's market knowledge priced the home to sell quickly at a price we were happy with. Questions we had about the selling process were clearly and professionally answered. Her communication with the electrician and the buyer resolved an issue about necessary GFI receptacles and kept it from becoming a problem. She monitored a delay with the abstract update and kept all parties involved informed so that another possible problem was averted. Her positive attitude throughout the sale process was professional and advantageous to the sale process.
