Tom was a thoughful and helpful agent through the entire process of selling this property. From before we listed it, through closing he was always available to answer questions or help us understand what was needed to ensure the property was accurately listed and that interested parties would connect with it. As a church selling property, Tom's understanding of the additional steps necessary to make a sale were key to helping the council and congregation comfortable and supportive of this sale.
