Even during that gray area where you’re just holding your breath while everything goes through. Our experience was unique in that we needed to secure housing while PCSing from overseas. Abby was happy to physically go door to door for us to figure out what our priorities were in a home. She and her team were our eyes and ears throughout the entire process and we can confidently say now that we are in our home and settling that they did exactly what they promised!
