We recently hired Wendy to help us find a home during an out-of-state move. She researched and recommended a listing agent in our area (Colorado Springs) that sold our house in 24 hours for $20,000 above listing price. Since we had no idea who to hire, this by itself was such a tremendous service that it makes her a 5-star agent in my book. Add to that her finding the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood in our new location, and then making the whole buying process through closing a smooth, customer-focused transaction, really, we could not be happier with her work. When there was some new rule or HUD regulation that she hadn't encountered already (as they change with some frequency), she studied up on it to make sure she was in the know.
