Working with Karen and especially LaDonna, with whom we had more contact, was the best thing that could have happened to us with our recent state to state home sell/buy. We bought our Edmond home physically sight unseen, thanks to the videos LaDonna made of it for us. The house was actually better in person once we got here, so we were very pleased. Kat and her team went above and beyond to help me and my wife purchase our first home! They were all very knowledgeable and made the entire process simple and easy for the home buyer. Abby was the person assigned to help us from day one and she is an absolute gem to work with! Her communication was efficient and we knew what was happening at every stage. Even during that gray area where you’re just holding your breath while everything goes through. Our experience was unique in that we needed to secure housing while PCSing from overseas. Abby was happy to physically go door to door for us to figure out what our priorities were in a home. She and her team were our eyes and ears throughout the entire process and we can confidently say now that we are in our home and settling that they did exactly what they promised!
