He went with our higher number anyway but after the buyer's appraisal we had to negotiate back down to the exact number Pedro had originally suggested! (Should have trusted him!) He was patient with all our questions and calls or texts at all times of the day. He even volunteered at the moving sale we had! He is a truly caring professional.
