Often times he gave us information to questions we didn't even know to ask, which was extremely helpful through the experience. When it came time to to bid on a house we liked, Benny gave us honest and solid strategic advice to compete in the market. He made sure we did not bite off more than we could chew and leave us in a bad spot for the future. Ultimately we found a house in short order and considering this aggressive fast paced market we are currently in, couldn't be more relieved and grateful for his help to get in the house.
