Kim has been amazing to deal with! She made the home buying process so easy! Great communication throughout the process, I would send anyone I know looking or selling a home her way. Kim is so easy to talk to and makes the process personal. You can tell she really enjoys what she does for a living. We have gotten to know Kim well over the past few months during our process and I wouldn’t consider her our realtor anymore but a friend. She is so kind hearted but stern when you need her to be! She will do everything in her power to make sure you are comfortable in the home buying/selling process.

From prior to putting my home on the market until the final document was signed completing my sale, Lidya was alongside of me for everything. Very reactive when I had a question and walked me through every step thoroughly. She was confident in herself, her knowledge and her outlook on how quick my home would sell. She calmed my concerns and always made me aware of the aspects in this process.
