They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. Conner and Stacy are a valuble asset to the Company in my eyes. If we ever move back to Ohio they will be my first point of contact for a Realtor.

When it came time to start the home buying process, Ryan Shirley connected us to Chris since he was local to the Columbus area. Chris is excellent and I highly recommend. He is very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions during the home buying process. He worked closely with our lender to make sure the process was seamless. He was always willing to get private showings booked quickly on the houses we loved. When it came time to close, Chris even took the time to come join us at closing to congratulate us.
