Chris is the best. As first time home buyer, he took time to explain every detail of the process. The care he took to communicate and make sure we felt supported, made us appreciate him even more. He was generous with his time, and always willing to make time for us to view numerous homes. Chris has excellent negotiation skills and really advocated for us when we put the offer in on our house. He picks up every detail in a home and gives you space also to see how you feel about a home before giving his opinion. He wanted us to be the ones to decide we loved the home. He is so professional and came so highly recommended to us. He met every expectation and more. Even after we got the keys to our home, he reaches out to see if we need anything.

Chris was easy to work with from day one, and rolled with the punches as we encountered obstacles during listing and closing. He was communicative and we felt comfortable texting at odd hours when we had questions or concerns.
