We had tight timeline requirements where we needed alignment between the closing dates for both our purchase/sale. Doug got the house on the market and under contract within 10 days with a buyer willing to close within 2 days of our new home purchase. Doug's communication is top notch. He routinely communicated with us, even when there was no news to be shared. He was available 24/7 for calls/texts about the various stages of the process and provided excellent guidance to us at each hurdle. Though I hope not to be selling again anytime soon, I would most definitely employ Doug's services again. Highly recommend!
