Was able to obtain multiple offers within a few days of listing the sale, Don worked to provide guidance and communicate every step of the way.

We were in the process of moving out of state during the sale of this house. Don was great at coordinating everything that needed to be done for us and kept us informed as we went when we were unable to be there ourselves. He was extremely knowledgeable and we really valued his guidance on strategies for pricing and how/when to list our property. In the end, things went pretty smoothly and the house sold very quickly. We are so grateful!

Working with Don to sell and buy made the whole process seamless. He was able to advocate for our needs on multiple occasions for things we didnt realize until later would matter as much as they did. He is absolutely a seasoned professional in the buying and selling process. Don was also able to provide valuable insight into the mortgage loan process being a mortgage broker himself. If you want your house sold or to buy a new home with someone who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, you can't go wrong with using Don and Cyndi Shurts!

Doug was a great realtor! He talked me through a difficult back-and-forth working with a relocation company handling the sale of the house I ultimately chose. Throughout the process, he explained what to look out for in the home-touring stage, called to discuss any paperwork/offers, kept me up to date on communication with the sellers agent, and made sure I understood what I was signing at the end. Doug was willing to answer questions day (or night!), and he went above and beyond to help me through the process.

We had an excellent experience selling our home with the help of Doug and his team at CBH. Our engagement with Doug began months before actually putting the house on the market and he stayed with us through the entire journey. We had tight timeline requirements where we needed alignment between the closing dates for both our purchase/sale. Doug got the house on the market and under contract within 10 days with a buyer willing to close within 2 days of our new home purchase. Doug's communication is top notch. He routinely communicated with us, even when there was no news to be shared. He was available 24/7 for calls/texts about the various stages of the process and provided excellent guidance to us at each hurdle. Though I hope not to be selling again anytime soon, I would most definitely employ Doug's services again. Highly recommend!

Carli and Brian were very responsive during the search and purchase process. They gave timely answers to inquiries and they patiently keep us informed through every step. They demonstrated great teamwork when unforeseen circumstances came up at a critical point in the transaction, and didn’t miss a beat. They represented our interests well in the purchase process, and we look forward to their involvement in selling our current home.

Brian was aware of the greater Dayton housing market trends, always responded to calls and texts in a timely manner, and was a joy to work with from start to finish!

Amlin Advantage had constant communication and met all our needs and goals. This was a difficult process due to Miami County maps requiring a survey, but we made it through the process and our buyer stayed with us.
