This included finding an auctioneer to sell belongings, using a great and economical source of cleaning, referring a painter to brighten up the interior, contacting a landscaping/yard mowing service to clean up the exterior, and someone to haul out what we left inside. She assessed the value of the house upfront and it was right on the mark.
