Couldn’t be better - absolutely perfect

Everything from initial meeting to closing exceeded my expectations and prior relator experiences. She was extremely helpful and offered excellent advice and assistance in preparing the house and marketing. We lived several hours away and made things so easy for us. This included finding an auctioneer to sell belongings, using a great and economical source of cleaning, referring a painter to brighten up the interior, contacting a landscaping/yard mowing service to clean up the exterior, and someone to haul out what we left inside. She assessed the value of the house upfront and it was right on the mark. The various parties involved in handling the estate and transaction all agreed that Bobbi Lepi is very knowledgeable, experienced, and knows exactly what needs done. Overall we couldn’t be hsppier
