I did a new build with a developer. Rick provided helpful insight into items that would be a good resale selection. It helped me make decisions on items that I did not feel strongly one way or the other. This was very helpful to me as this is only my second house! They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. Conner and Stacy are a valuble asset to the Company in my eyes. If we ever move back to Ohio they will be my first point of contact for a Realtor.

Ryan Hicks is a super Real Estate Agent, Ryan knows what to do to get property sold. Ryan is a friendly, caring Person. Ryan does what he can to help his clients. Ryan is always available, if he's on vacation he is available. Ryan was on his vacation when he sold our property, Ryan is just an amazing Realtor. I highly recommend him
