The relaxed but informative manner in which he answered my questions (All 60ish of them) convinced me he could guide me through the biggest purchase of my life. I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted, but after looking at just a few houses, frankly I was questioning everything including my very existence. Chris was the voice of reason even when it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. When I decided to make an offer at 6 p.m., he had it in by 10 p.m. I had a 60 day close and he was available the entire time for anything from a simple question to a full melt down. I like to believe him when he says I wasn't a high maintenance client. If I was though, I wouldn't know because he's that good at what he does.
