We appreciated the fact that all of our communication was with Ann! She was very knowledgeable of the market and that helped with all negotiations that we were faced with.

I found Ann Sullivan to be a terrific agent. This is is the third time we have sold a home and it couldn't have gone better. She was easy to contact and always had helpful recommendations when asked. Sold on day one for over the asking price!

Rosalyn made the process of buying a home easier for us! She is professional, knowledgable, and took time to listen to what we were hoping to find in our new home. She provided really helpful and wise counsel throughout the process and we are simply grateful. If you haven't had the opportunity to work with Rosalyn yet, I encourage you to reach out to her for home buying or home selling.

Rosalyn is a true pro, and she communicates and wisely directs with so much humility and knowledge. There were many steps leading us to this home, and she made us feel as a friend was beside us the whole way, with caring advice and wise input. We would not have been so fortunate to be able to buy this house without her. She also explained the "negotiation process" to help us appreciate how to do that effectively, and with a wise approach to it which was respectful to the seller as well. We will miss "working" with Rosalyn!
