Reed was there for my partner and I every single step of the way. Every house we stepped into, he offered his honest opinion on the place, sometimes good sometimes bad, which I loved. Very transparent, and made it very clear this our process. Reed was familiar with all the areas we went to, and even got to talking to my neighbors before I had the chance to do so, which helped confirm we were in fact moving into a nice area. From the start to the end, any question I had, any concern, a lot of them not even being directly in his ballpark, he answered either 100% or got me close enough that I had no leg work to figure it out completely. On a negotiating level, we got everything we wanted, QUICKLY, I want to add as well. Reed very much understands the negotiating table. All in all, I think Reed and his mother who also was an absolute joy to work with, take pride in helping their clients the right way. I would recommend them to anyone I know buying a home, including my future self when I buy the next one! 100/100 Stars

We worked with Reed to buy our first home. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He kept in regular communication with us about everything that was going on, and was quick to answer any questions we had. He helped to coordinate with the sellers agent regarding any questions or concerns we had about the property, and really advocated for us. I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone!
