Reed was there for my partner and I every single step of the way. Every house we stepped into, he offered his honest opinion on the place, sometimes good sometimes bad, which I loved. Very transparent, and made it very clear this our process. Reed was familiar with all the areas we went to, and even got to talking to my neighbors before I had the chance to do so, which helped confirm we were in fact moving into a nice area. From the start to the end, any question I had, any concern, a lot of them not even being directly in his ballpark, he answered either 100% or got me close enough that I had no leg work to figure it out completely. On a negotiating level, we got everything we wanted, QUICKLY, I want to add as well. Reed very much understands the negotiating table. All in all, I think Reed and his mother who also was an absolute joy to work with, take pride in helping their clients the right way.
