properties available for our review based on our criteria of what we were interested in viewing. She set up appointments promptly and scheduled 2-3 within the location we were looking for. She reviewed the properties and provided a detailed write-up of the property when we walked through it. She was courteous and knowledgeable about the properties we viewed. She was proactive in getting the property viewing of the condo we fell in love with within less than a day. She did well walking through the property we bought within a day. She kept us informed throughout the selling process, was timely, and told us all the steps up to closing. She was professional and did a great job as our agent. Thanks, Barb

Barb and her team did a great job pricing our house well and selling it fast. Was very happy with my experience and would recommend her to anybody.

We had an outstanding experience working with Sebastian to sell our home! From the very beginning, he impressed us with his professionalism, clear communication, and deep knowledge of the market. He guided us through every step of the process with confidence and care, making what could have been stressful feel effortless. Sebastian’s pricing strategy, attention to detail, and marketing approach were spot-on—our home received incredible interest and sold faster (and for more) than we expected. He kept us informed at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from staging advice to closing day. If you’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but genuinely invested in your success, Sebastian is the realtor you want on your team. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

Sebastian is exactly who we needed as our realtor. He isn’t pushy, showy, or your stereotypical “realtor”. He’s genuine and works hard to provide the best for his clients. He helped us sell our starter home, helped negotiate the deal on our dream home, and he has been patient and kind with my elderly father when he considered buying a home a few months ago. Sebastian is flexible, understanding, and the type of guy you want in your corner. We love Seb and will continue to use him and recommend him to all our friends!
