Kim did a great job getting our home sold. It was a unique property on 4 acres with an additional 26 acres that she encouraged us to list separately. The home has now closed, and she is working on the land sale with an auctioneer. Kim is so experienced and made great suggestions on how we could give the house more curb appeal. She will research properties that have sold in your area or are currently listed to help you price it at the right point.
